Cheny uses only professional delivery services and trucking companies to deliver orders. Although rare, damages do occasionally happen. We request that our customers inspect all deliveries and note any damages on the driver's receipt before signing off on the delivery. You are required to take pictures of all damages and email them to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your products. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted on the delivery receipt, we may not be able to assist you with your claims. We reserve the right to repair furniture, or accept return for repair or replacement. We can only issue full refunds when we cannot repair or replace an item. We also expect our customers to accept delivery appointments for any repair or replacement furniture to complete the process.
