We offer a broad selection of name brand furniture products at the lowest prices in the Chicagoland area. All of our furniture is high quality and durable. We value our customers and offer the best customer service to ensure you have a great shopping experience with us.

Q: Is Cheny a green furniture store?


A: Cheny Furniture has implemented some green policies such as "Reuse-and-Recycle" in our day-to-day operations. Also, many of our respected manufacturers such as Ashley, , Palliser and Lane are nationally recognized green manufacturers and have started constructing green furniture products.

Q: Do you offer discount furniture or special prices?


A: Whether you are on our website or in our showroom, you can rest assured that you are looking at the lowest price available for our furniture. Because we are a showroom and a warehouse, we can offer prices our competitors simply can't beat. Occasionally, some of our furniture may go on sale or on clearance pricing. Sales and clearance discounts are taken off of our already insanely low prices.

Q: Do you have a furniture store catalog?


A: We have in-store manufacturer catalogs to assist you while shopping our huge store. But for the most comprehensive list of our products, it's best to browse our website.

Q: I'm making a large purchase. What are the payment options?

Cheny Furniture also offers affordable financing and layaway options. Layaway requires a 30% down payment.

Q: Why does the website direct me to call or email for prices on some items?


A:Our prices are so low that some of our manufacturers do not want our prices to be listed on the website in order to ensure their competitive rates. Also, some of our furniture may have gone on clearance, out of stock, or on sale and the price needs to be updated. By emailing or calling, you are guaranteed to get the most recent price and availability.

Q: Some Chicago furniture stores don't offer assembly. Do you?


A: Assembly is included in the delivery cost. There are no extra fees for assembly once the delivery is paid for.

Q: How much does a delivery cost?


A: The delivery fee is based on the distance you live from our store and the items you buy. There are several factors that affect your specific delivery cost. Q: How long will it take to deliver my furniture in Chicago?


A: We have manufacturers from all over the world. The lead times are different for each manufacturer. Once your furniture arrives at our store, it will take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on the deliveries we have scheduled at that time. However, delivery can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer and any personal customization options. Due to the amount of variable, we recommend calling or visiting the store for a more specific delivery estimate.

Q: Can I pick up my furniture from your Chicagoland store?


A: Yes. You can pick up Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. This is a great option and will cut out the delivery cost.

Q: If I pick up my furniture from your store, will it be assembled?


A: Most of our furniture comes in boxes not assembled. This is how we will load it onto your vehicle. If you need it assembled, please ask and we will try to accommodate you if someone is available to do so. In-store assembly may accrue an additional fee.

Q: Do you deliver furniture to Wisconsin?


A: Often times we do. It depends where you live in Wisconsin. Also, we occasionally deliver to some northern Indiana cities and some southwest Michigan cities. If you are not in our local area, we can arrange a delivery anywhere in the United States. The charges are based on the distance. So contact us for a specific quote.

Q: What if another Chicago furniture store offers the same exact product at a lower price?


A: If you find an identical item somewhere else with a lower price within 14 days of purchase we will gladly match that price and gladly refund you a 110% of the difference.Please see our price matching policy for more details.

Q: What are your store hours?


A: We are open seven days a week for your shopping convenience. 
Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. 
Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Q: I am unsure about making a large purchase online, how can I view your products first?


A: If you live in Illinois, we invite you to visit our store in Libertyville, Illinois. It's just a short drive north of Chicago. Otherwise, please contact us at Cheny Furniture and we will do our best to familiarize you with our products and answer any questions you may have.

Q: Do you have all your online furniture products in the store for me to see?


A: Technology has given us the opportunity to showcase every brand and style we have in our manufacturers catalogs. Although we carry a large selection in our 80,000 square foot store, we are still not large enough to carry every piece of furniture on our website. If you are coming to check out a certain item within the store, please call ahead to see if we carry it on the floor.

Q: What is your return policy?


A: Once you get your furniture home, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 48 hours. Or we can do an exchange or store credit within 10 days. Please note that the product should be in it's original condition (not used or installed) and have all of it's packaging materials. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Q: How will you ship my furniture?


A: With smaller items and whenever possible we use UPS, FEDEX or USPS. However, most of our furniture products are heavy or large and we use van truck deliveries. Typically a van truck delivery time will be set up within a four hour window.

Q: What kind of warranties do you offer on your furniture?


A: Cheny Furniture warrants the original purchase shall be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential usage for a period of one year from your delivery date. For a more detailed list of our warranty policies please visit our warranty page.

Q: What if my furniture is damaged upon delivery?


A: Although rare, occasionally furniture is damaged during the delivery process. You should inspect all boxes and furniture upon delivery and note damages on the driver's receipt. Take photographs of any damages and email it to us at service@Chenyfurniture.com within two business days of receiving the items. We reserve the right to do a home repair or return the products to the manufacturer.

Q: What is a group price versus an individual price?


A: A group price is the discounted price of a matching set of furniture. Buying the set instead of the individual pieces will save you money.

Q: Can I get your furniture in a different color or fabric?


A: On some of our brands there are different color, fabric, and customization options. Please talk to a sales associate to discuss you customization options.

Q: Can I buy the floor model?


A: Some of our furniture pieces are floor models only, as noted on the tags. Otherwise, occasionally we sell the floor models when you need the furniture faster. However, we don't further discount the floor mode. Floor models are considered 'as is' sale items.
